Founded by Kiran Gunnam, Bourbon Boulevard was built around one simple idea:
Create a restaurant people don’t just visit once, but return to for life’s moments, both big and small.
Together with Chef Halleran at Bourbon Boulevard Chantilly and Chef C.R. Defuoco at BB Sterling, every experience is guided by exceptional ingredients, respect for the craft behind them, thoughtful hospitality, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
The group

At the heart of both rooms is a shared cellar.
A collection of more than 1,300 whiskies and 700 wines, thoughtfully curated to complement every table, every plate, and every occasion.

Chef Halleran - BB Sterling
Rooted in American cooking and shaped by years of experience, Chef Halleran brings a produce-led approach to the Boulevard, where familiar flavours are given the attention they deserve.
Chef C.R. Defuoco, BB Chantilly
Drawing from French and Japanese culinary traditions, Chef C.R. Defuoco brings a precise, ingredient-first philosophy to BB Reserve, creating an experience that is refined, layered, and distinctly its own.
Seed to plate
The story begins long before the kitchen.
Seasonal produce from Kiran Gunnam’s private farm in Catlett, Virginia, finds its way into both restaurants, bringing freshness, seasonality, and a sense of place to every plate.
Because while there may be two rooms, the philosophy behind them begins at the same source.
